Carpe Vita

Carpe Vita is a 38-metre liveaboard in the family-run Carpe Diem Maldives fleet, built in the Maldives and running year-round dive cruises across the archipelago. Laid out over three decks plus a sun deck, she takes up to 20 divers and cruises alongside a dedicated 61-foot diving dhoni that keeps the noise, tanks and compressors off the main yacht.

Ten en-suite cabins, comprising two VIP suites, two superior and six standard rooms, have individual air-conditioning and private hot-water bathrooms, while the sun deck adds a jacuzzi and shaded loungers above an air-conditioned lounge, restaurant and bar. Standard diving is three dives a day with complimentary nitrox for qualified divers, and itineraries thread the central and southern atolls for mantas, sharks and channel drifts.
