Intermediate divers exploring Vaadhoo's cave network in Raa Atoll find the best conditions from May through October with moderate currents. The site hosts soft corals, anthias clouds, grey reef sharks, Napoleon wrasse, hawksbill turtles, schooling jacks, barracuda, batfish, moray eels, leaf scorpionfish, and nudibranchs.
