Advanced divers brave the strong currents of this Gaafu Alif Atoll channel from November through April for premium visibility and encounters with grey and whitetip reef sharks, eagle rays, dogtooth tuna, giant trevally, barracuda, Napoleon wrasse, both turtle species, snappers, fusiliers, and batfish.
